Vintage Silkscreen Art - three blue female figures titled "3 Vanishing Figures"

This silkscreen is dated 1976 signed in pencil and noted A/P on the border. It was framed at the artist's shop and autographed 'to Joel'. Signed and dated 1984 in the back. Aluminum Nielsen Frame, with circular mat board.
The message around the circle reads : OH FOR THE WINGS OF A DOVE TO FLY AWAY AND FIND REST. HOW FAR I WOULD TAKE MY FLIGHT, AND MAKE A NEW HOME IN THE DESERT. THERE I SHOULD SOON FIND SHELTER FROM THE RAGING WIND.
